A commercial realtor wants to put 20 warehouses up for sale. An opening window of opportunity demands a two-week deadline ... but there are no images. Can it be done? Greg wasn’t so sure, at first. But by forging a strategic Action Plan and deploying his team, four geographic areas in Pennsylvania and New Jersey were covered on time, from the air and the ground.

The Action Plan included mapping out each property, reserving helicopter flights at three different airports, scheduling on-the-ground photography, arranging travel and hotels, while factoring in weather and time of day.

 
 

With Greg in the air and Fernando and Paul on the ground, the team fulfilled Exeter Property Group’s goal of making the warehouses look enormous, ideally located, and equipped with the latest systems for racking, sorting and moving products efficiently in, around, out and beyond.
